I quit smoking THCA for a while and I don’t drink. I never gave Hemp (CBDA) a try and so I grabbed a 1/2oz of smallz Peyton strawberry indoor and I’m super impressed! I get relaxed and be focused.
I’ve tried outdoor Hemp and it works wonders I just have smoke more. I figure I’d try some indoor hemp from Flowgarden so I wouldn’t have to smoke so much and taste that outdoor greenie grass hay. The Peyton Strawberries taste amazing. I’m very happy and satisfied!
Smalls are fine, the issue is that I ordered a THCA product and received a Delta 9. I believe this is mis-labeled on the website, or just simply an error in communication. I am quite specific in what I order, so this was disappointing. Overall the company has been fabulous, but this was aggravating.
My first time purchasing from Flow. When I placed my order something happened and I was sent a USPS tracking number and then it was cancelled. I emailed customer service to get an actual tracking number and I didn't receive a response from customer service. I ended up receiving a tracking number the day before it was delivered and it was UPS instead of USPS so I'm guessing they made a mistake initially, cancelled the USPS tracking and fixed it with the other tracking. It would have been nice to receive an update about that. I purchased Miracle Lemon Cookies smalls and some Wipeout dry sift. No issues at all with the dry sift. My disappointment lies in the 1/2 oz of smalls that I received. My bag weighed out at 14.9g and ended up containing 2.1g of stems and leaf trim. Total smokable actual "buds" ended up being 12.8 which is not a value. I made a mistake with the smalls. I wouldn't purchase those again for any strain from Flow. I can assume they'll all be the same. The smalls were def small. Excessively small. More like micros and smaller. I had maybe a few buds the size of a dime. The GOOD is that the flower tastes great, and seemed to be cured properly. The flower quality is good but the way the product is advertised or distributed is lacking. I would have loved to know they were going to short me 2g of smalls. Their description didn't say anything about stems and leaf matter being included in the smalls 1/2 so I tried it out. I'm going to try some regular buds next time and see how that order goes. I want to like Flow so I'll give it another go. Would NOT recommend ordering smalls unless you don't care about stems and leaf matter making up a substantial portion of your bag. 2g is a lot out of what should have been 14.5g of small buds. EDIT: 1-30-26: I just saw they lowered their 1/2OZ smalls price to $40 from $50 for type 3 flower which is a better deal IMO so I'm going to buy another bag of smalls to see if maybe my last bag was just a fluke. I also picked up some Yak Butter bigs as well in this 2nd order.
Great flavor and you can definitely pick up Skunk smell separately from the lemon.
These Durban poison smalls are excellent. Very citrus and pine forward. Great sativa. Great value.
I also ordered the Capulator bubblegum chem, and that was a bit disappointing. Dont get me wrong, it’s good quality, but I don’t feel it was that special to warrant the price. It didn’t feel very fresh, and has a muted smell and taste. Good effects. Probably stick with their regular offerings in the future.
I ordered orange soda SMALLS not micros. Its good smoke and they hooked it up. I love flow, but dont sell me smalls and send me micros.
Great medz for smalls hits the same as bigger buds
Let’s be honest. You purchase the product for the effects you seek. The product was a 50/50 mix of smalls and micros including some leaf. Great price and bottom line effects very nice.
Exotic smallz! Rain Shadow Runtz is a great strain. The sugary sweet candy and gassy citrus smell and flavor are lovely.
I tried LVOG type 2, and Platinum OG type 3. Both are pretty great for the price point—lacking a little depth in terp flavor and aroma, but still decently terpy. The cure feels a little on the dry side too, but not totally dried-out flower by any means.
The LVOG is a fantastic morning/daytime strain for me. The high CBD content is a great mellow baseline to start the day, with just enough THC to brighten my mood and put a little pep in my step.
The Platinum OG is wonderfully sedative on its own. When mixed with THC it becomes a little more energizing. It’s wonderful being able to adjust and fine-tune the experience based on my current needs.
I would very much appreciate COAs though, especially terpene profiles. As a medical patient, I rely on terpene and cannabinoid data to appropriately medicate and keep track of what works for me and what doesn’t. Everyone’s endocannabinoid system is different, and relying only on someone else’s description of effects isn’t the most appropriate way to gauge how a certain strain is going to make you feel.
With COAs and terpene profiles available, Flow Gardens could easily be a 5-star brand for me. Until then, it feels like they’re asking patients to take their word for it, which is frustrating given their medicinal focus.
Grapefruit has a an earthy smell like fresh grass and it smokes a little on the darker side. Best when mixed with thc flower but smoked alone is great too. At an amazing price to get you interested in cbd:thc ratios - try it!

Type 3 Cbd was ass didn’t get me high for shit.
I got a bag of Blue dream smallz and it hits pretty hard for a blue dream. Very euphoric and mixes well with peanut butter breath.

Flow is light years beyond anything I can get locally and anything I've ever had in my 27+ years of flower use. The worst flower I've gotten from them is better than the best flower I've gotten from any other vendors. I've never once been let down by a strain and the effects and bag appeal absolutely crush anything I've ever seen at a local dispo for 2 times the price.
The smallz is where it's at . I have bought several now all have been very good ..got one I wasn't happy with and they took care of it. Key to the smallz is checking regularly and buying when you see it
