Probably just me...but it had no effect on me. I took 1/2 ....waited ....nothing....then took the rest...no effect. So I took a whole one....kept waiting. Nothing. I won't buy more.

Package recommends 1/2 gummy at a time and I agree. Nice smooth taste and feelings. I found these and have not gone back to others. This is the best in my opinion!!
Very pleasantly surprised. Know your boundaries and respect these. Just one of these sends me through a blissful journey. Recommend starting with half of one if you have a low tolerance. Good flavors, soft jelly type gummy. I take at night to help with chronic insomnia.
