Smallz

Just as an update I would like to say that flow gardens did send me a beautiful half ounce of flower in replacement for the smalls

My first time purchasing from Flow. When I placed my order something happened and AI was sent a USPS tracking number and then it was cancelled. I email customer service to get an actual tracking number and I didn't receive a response from customer service. I ended up receiving a tracking number the day before it was delivered at it was UPS instead of USPS so I'm guessing they made a mistake initially, cancelled the USPS tracking and fixed it with the other tracking. It would have been nice to get alun update about that. I purchased Miracle Lemon Cookies smalls and some Wipeout dry sift. No issues at all with the dry sift. My disappointment lies in the 1/2 oz of smalls that I received. My bag weighed out at 14.9g and ended up containing 2.1g of stems and leaf trim. Total smokable actual "buds" ended up being 12.8 which is not a value. I made a mistake with the smalls. I wouldn't purchase those again for any strain from Flow. I can assume they'll all be the same. The smalls were def small. Excessively small. More like micros and smaller. I had maybe a few buds the size of a dime. The GOOD is that the flower tastes great, was cured properly and tastes as expected. The flower quality is good but the way the product is advertised or distributed is lacking. I would have loved to know they were going to short me 2g of smalls. Their description didn't say anything about stems and leaf matter being included in the smalls 1/2 so I tried it out. I'm going to try some regular buds next time and see how that order goes. I'll want to like Flow so I'll give it another go. Would NOT recommend ordering smalls unless you don't care about stems and leaf matter making up a substantial portion of your bag. 2g is a lot out of what should have been 14.5g of small buds.

Hands down worth every penny

While the Flower is very good and I had good past experiences, I placed an order on 1/16 and have not been provided a Tracking # at 6 days later. I have emailed customer service 4x and have not received a response. The flower is GREAT, the Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Take your business elsewhere like WNC if you actually want good customer service. This site lost a customer.

Great flavor and you can definitely pick up Skunk smell separately from the lemon.
