    I discovered these gummies last year and I had been trying inferior delta-8 products all with negative experiences. This flowgardens formulation works extremely well for my terrible insomnia.     They calm me down when I get nervous. They taste pretty good ,but do leave a bad taste in your mouth( but so does smoking). I enjoy the gummies and like that it does not go into my lungs. They are consistent in buzz…never less than or more than expected.
