    I give a half to my father he is terminal I'll, but is great shape, no more chemo the doctors said, thank God, that chemo is what going to end up killing him ..So dad has earned a gummy at night!!!!!

    After using these myself I can say it's best to follow the recommended instructions and have half before eating a whole gummy. The taste isn't good in my opinion, but I can get past it pretty easily because of the quality of the high. Overall, I highly recommend it
